In short: Poolora has no accounts and no ads. Your pools, products and water tests are stored only on your device. We don't sell or share your personal information.
1. Who we are
Poolora is a pool chemistry app for iPhone developed by dacan ("we", "us"). If you have questions about this policy, write to support@poolora.info.
2. Information stored on your device
To calculate your doses, the app stores the following on your device:
- Pool details: name, shape, measurements, volume and surface type.
- The products you add and their strength (for example, 10% liquid chlorine).
- Your water test results and their dates.
- Settings such as language, units and reminder times.
This information stays on your device. It is not sent to us and we cannot see it.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment card details.
To manage subscriptions we use RevenueCat, a subscription service provider. When you open the app or make a purchase, RevenueCat receives:
- A random, anonymous identifier created by the app (not your name, email or Apple ID).
- Your purchase and subscription history for Poolora (product, dates, price and currency).
- Basic technical information needed to validate purchases, such as app version, operating system version and your App Store country or region.
We use this only to unlock Poolora Pro, restore your purchases, prevent fraud and understand subscription totals. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy.
4. Reminders
Test and maintenance reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No reminder data leaves your device.
5. What we don't do
- No advertising and no analytics tools in the app.
- No tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
- No access to your location, contacts or photos.
- No selling or sharing of your personal information.
6. This website
poolora.info is a static website with no accounts and no tracking cookies. The company that hosts it may process standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
7. Children
Poolora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your choices
- Delete a pool: in the app, go to Settings → Edit pool → Delete pool. This also deletes that pool's tests.
- Delete everything: delete the app from your iPhone. All of its data on your device is removed.
- Cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Purchase records: write to us and we'll help you with any request about the data RevenueCat keeps for your purchases.
Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have rights to access or delete personal information. Because your pool data never leaves your device, you control it directly. We do not sell or share personal information.
9. How long we keep data
Data in the app stays on your device until you delete it. Purchase records are kept by Apple and RevenueCat as needed to manage subscriptions and meet legal obligations, under their own policies.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
